While we appreciate the thoughtfulness of every donation, somethings are not helpful.
It’s important for people to feel good about themselves.
Please don’t donate falling apart shoes, women’s heels, used underwear, ripped clothes, stained clothes, smelly clothes, or out of style clothes from decades ago. We are an adult only shelter so please don’t donate children’s clothes.
Please don’t donate expired food. One of the funniest donations we got was a can of Campbell’s soup that expired in 1993!
Donations can be dropped off at 263 Main Street in Bangor. Find us on Google Maps
Park in our parking lot on Main Street, knock on our front glass door facing Main Street, and staff will let you in. Thank you!
Donating made easy, Walmart and Amazon ship directly to our building.
